Project Details

Caleb’s Creek Clubhouse, located in Kernersville, North Carolina, is a 3,200-square-foot, two-story building serving as both a leasing office and a central community hub within the Caleb’s Creek mixed-use development. Designed in the Georgian Southern Plantation style, the clubhouse features crisp white brick, oversized 6-over-6 windows with black shutters, a full-height brick fireplace, shingle roofs with dormers, and an octagonal cupola. The main floor offers open, parlor-inspired spaces flowing to a rear porch and patio, while the second floor houses professional offices. The design combines timeless elegance with functional community and administrative spaces.
