The Edge at Union Station in Worcester, Massachusetts, is an adaptive-reuse project that transformed the historic Osgood Bradley Building into an 81-unit, 251-bed student housing community. Completed in 2016, the eight-story development preserves the building’s early-20th-century industrial essence through exposed brick, polished concrete floors, and expansive windows. Modern finishes, en-suite bathrooms, and fully furnished units merge historic authenticity with contemporary comfort. Situated beside Worcester’s landmark Union Station, the project redefines student living by connecting the city’s industrial legacy to its vibrant academic future through design that honors heritage and embraces innovation.
